Most Courteous Employee

This award recognizes the outstanding efforts of employees who address the public with consistent, superior consideration. The winning nominees will have displayed both in attitude and action, excellent customer service. Please describe in as much detail as possible how your nominee fits this description and how he/she has “gone above and beyond the call of duty.”

Citizen of the Year

Please provide a biography of the nominee which should include:

The nominee’s current or recent projects and resulting community impact
A list of the nominee’s community projects and causes from last 5 years
Any relevant supporting information to measure nominee’s community contributions
References letters of support for nomination

Athlete of the Year

These Rotary Club awards – are for significant achievement in any sport, amateur or professional.
To be eligible anyone nominated must be at least 12 years of age.
